This Alaskan Salmon is some of the finest Salmon available. Fished from the icy waters of Bristol Bay east of the Aleutian Islands, this salmon was caught, cleaned, and frozen all within 15 minutes. Yet, unlike the large commercial fishing companies, Fran and her crew take great pride in the careful way they handled your salmon to insure you receive the finest salmon fillets available anywhere in the world.
Each Fillet is at least 1.5 lbs. Try this: Rub the fillet with Dijon mustard, wrap it in foil or parchment with white wine, shallots, sweet pea pods. Add a touch of olive oil and grill, (or bake for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees). Serve with a tarragon bernaise. Then tell me how you liked it!
